Real Estate Report: 11 Houses Under Agreement, 83 On the Market

In the period since 1/30/17 - 2/06/17, ten single family homes were introduced to the market and eleven sold. The absorption rate at the high end has increased considerably – we’re down to 20 houses over $3M (there were 35 right after Labor Day). There are 83 single family homes for sale remaining.
