Real Estate Report: 11Houses Under Agreement, 140 On the Market

Despite a peak family vacation period occuring over the last two weeks, many local buyers stayed home and stayed active. In the peeriod since 6/27/16 - 7/11/16, six single family homes were introduced to the market while eleven went under agreement across the price ranges. There are now 140 homes remaining.
