Real Estate Report: 12 Houses Under Agreement, 102 On the Market

In the period since 3/06/17 - 3/13/17, 13 single family homes were introduced to the market and 12 sold. There are 102 single family homes for sale remaining. Again we had multiple offers on several listings. We expect this to be a slower week because of the storm. Brokers may choose to wait until next week to introduce new inventory.
