Real Estate Report: 12 Houses Under Agreement, 124 On the Market

In the period since 10/31/16 - 11/07/16, four single family homes were introduced to the market and twelve went under agreement. Sales were well distributed across price ranges. Also over the past week, four other homes expired from MLS, leaving us with 124 homes remaining.
