Real Estate Report: 12 Houses Under Agreement, 143 On the Market

In the period since 4/25/16 - 5/02/16, twenty two single family homes were added to the inventory and twelve went under agreement. A total of 143 homes remain for sale, a significant increase from same week, last year when there were only 93.
