Real Estate Report: 13 Houses Under Agreement, 96 On the Market

Since our last report two weeks ago, 18 single family homes were introduced to the market and 13 sold. There are 96 single family homes for sale remaining. That’s actually a lot of activity considering this time frame spanned the usually slow public school vacation week. This week promises to be very brisk with lots of new supply coming on. We’ll see what the buyers do.
