Real Estate Report: 2 Houses Under Agreement, 148 On the Market

In the period since 8/29/16 - 9/12/16, fifteen single family homes were introduced to the market and two went under agreement. We said there would be an increase in supply after Labor Day and indeed there was. New supply will continue to be added over the next several weeks. There are now 148 homes remaining.
