Real Estate Report: 3 Houses Under Agreement, 89 On the Market

This past week was our slowest of 2017 to date. In the period since 7/24/17 - 7/31/17, just three single family homes came on the market and just three sold. As of July 31st, there are 89 single family homes remaining for sale. After Labor Day, we’ll start seeing an increase in supply.
