Real Estate Report: 4 Houses Under Agreement, 149 On the Market

In the period since 6/20/16 - 6/27/16, ten single family homes were introduced to the market and just four went under agreement. There are now 149 homes remaining. We’re approaching peak vacation time, and activity should be slow for a couple of weeks. We’ll report again on July 14.
