Real Estate Report: 5 Houses Under Agreement, 137 On the Market

In the period since 10/24/16 - 10/31/16, two single family homes were introduced to the market and five went under agreement. Also over the past week, seven others that have not sold either expired from MLS or were withdrawn from the market. We now have 137 homes remaining.
