In the period since 6/19/17 - 6/26/17, 5 homes came on the market and 6 sold. There are now 107 single family homes remaining for sale. In contrast, there were 149 homes for sale at this time last year, and the largest supply was 71 homes priced from $1M-$2M, versus just 43 at this time.
