Real Estate Report: 7 Houses Under Agreement, 100 On the Market

In the period since 9/18/17 - 9/25/17, 10 single family homes came on the market and 7 sold. As of September 25th, there are 100 single family homes remaining for sale. A year ago, there were 155 homes on the market with 72 of them priced between $1M-$2M and 35 of them priced over $3M. Conversely, there were the exact same number of homes – 16 – priced under $1M.
