Real Estate Report: 7 Houses Under Agreement, 91 On the Market

In the period since 7/17/17 - 7/24/17, three single family homes came on the market and seven sold. As of July 24th, There are 91 homes remaining for sale, versus the same week last year, when there were 140. The two price ranges with the most notable drop in supply are from $1M-$2M, where there are 47% fewer and $3M+, where there are 28% fewer homes available for sale. This has been due to absorption – not price decline nor withdrawal from the market.
