Real Estate Report: 7 Houses Under Agreement, 94 On the Market

In the period since 12/05/16-12/12/16, four single family homes were introduced to the market and seven went under agreement. The sales were distributed across most price ranges. That’s very healthy activity for this time of year. The remaining single family listing count is down to 94.
