Real Estate Report: 7 Houses Under Agreement, 97 On the Market

It was another brisk week for our fall real estate market as 11 single family homes were introduced to the market and 7 sold. As of October 9th, there are 97 single family homes remaining for sale. New listings should begin to taper off but sales should continue well into November.
