In the period since 4/04/16 - 4/11/16, eighteen single family homes were added to the inventory and eight went under agreement. A total of 134 homes remain for sale. The build up in the $1.5-$2M supply continues. Sellers and agents must note: sound pricing strategy will determine what sells and what sits.
