Real Estate Report: 8 Houses Under Agreement, 137 On the Market

In the period since 8/08/16 - 8/15/16, nine single family homes were introduced to the market and eight went under agreement. There are 137 homes remaining. An increase in supply is expected after Labor Day (yes, it’s almost that time already!).
