Rise and Shine: Its Time to Stretch in Silk at Swet Studio Boston
Boston Fitness Studio Offers a Slower Paced, Deep Stretching Class to Reduce Muscle Soreness and Release and Lengthen Tight Musculature

Wrapped in a silk hammock, you will experience the health and fitness benefits of Swet Studio's® Deep Stretch. Not only does regular, full-body stretching increase flexibility, range of motion, and posture, but it has been shown to reduce muscle soreness and back pain.
Deep Stretch is a Beginner's Level Course, open to all levels, including newcomers, and is a great introduction to use of the Hammock. A slower paced class, with a focus on releasing and lengthening tight muscles, each class begins and ends with a Relaxing Inversion to decompress the spine, so that participants can relax and feel stresses melt away. There are no flips and tricks in this class, and no prior experience is needed or required.

This stretching class is especially beneficial for athletes, such as runners, cyclists, and golfers, or hard-working professionals, who spend long hours trapped at their desk or in front a computer. The focus of this class is to learn how to use the Hammock as a perfect stretching partner. Deep Stretch is currently offered on Thursday and Saturday mornings, and spots can be reserved online via the Studio's website.
