Rodrigo Garciarroyo to perform at Waterstone

Critically-acclaimed tenor Rodrigo Garciarroyo of the prestigious Piatigorsky Foundation will perform at Waterstone at Wellesley on Tuesday, April 19 at 7:30 p.m. The Mexican-born singer has performed all over the U.S., as well as in Europe, Asia and Mexico. He’s been the recipient of scholarships from the International Vocal Arts Institute (IVAI), the Martina Arroyo Foundation and the Olga Forrai Foundation to pursue training under such renowned artists as Joan Dornemann, Lucy Arner, César Ulloa, Mignon Dunn, Martina Arroyo, Sherill Milnes, Ira Siff, Anthony Laciura, Joan Patenaude-Yarnell and Enrique Patrón de Rueda. This event is free and open to the public, but an RSVP is requested at 781-235-1614. Waterstone is located at 27 Washington St., and includes 134 apartments for seniors 62 and older. It features independent and assisted living rental apartments.
