New business featuring cosmetic medical, aesthetic beauty and traditional spa services hosts open house highlighted by free demos and services

Skin Spa Medical of Wellesley is pleased to open their new premier medical business in the Fraser Medical Building at 332 Washington Street, Suite 10, in Wellesley. In celebration of its grand opening offering cosmetic and medical, and aesthetic beauty services, Skin Spa Medical invites new clients to tour the facility and meet the staff at a ribbon cutting on Monday, April 25th at 5:00 p.m..

Skin Spa Medical uses safe, combined therapies for men and women to rejuvenate the face, reverse hair loss and unwanted tattoos. Skin Spa also offers micro-needling, cryotherapy, dermaplaning, ultrasonic facials, HydraFusion Microdermabrasion, EpiReset and Isomer peels, and expert chemical peels tailored for your custom skin conditions.

All services are conducted in a brand new, luxurious and tranquil setting, featuring treatment rooms designed with extra-wide treatment beds for more comfort, personal preference for background music and state-of-the-art equipment.

Dr. Joseph Russo serves as medical director for the new Skin Spa Medical. A well-established board-certified plastic surgeon trained at Harvard, Dr. Russo is an active member of several associations, including the Mass. Medical Society and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Russo leads a team of registered nurses and advanced aestheticians, many of whom have collaborated with owner Louis Belmonte in other locations within the medical spa category.

Lori Phoenix, RN, CHPN is an advanced nurse injector and a Regis College graduate. She specializes in facial aesthetic enhancement using Botox and fillers, as well as laser rejuvenation and non-surgical facelift with Ultrasound. Nina Ribeiro, RN, BSN, MSN-FNP is a nurse injector and a Simmons College graduate fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and is affiliated with Brigham & Women’s Hospital where she has won many awards, including Nurse of the Year in 2014. Kathy Thomas is a licensed esthetician and 12-year Wellesley spa owner passionate about client care. She offers extensive experience with chemical peels, ultrasonic, microdermabrasion and cryo-technology skin rejuvenation.
