Stuck in Your Divorce? Find Alternatives to Resolve the Snags

March 21 Public Education Seminar

WELLESLEY — Three presenters will introduce and/or explain options offered for dispute resolution in the divorce process at a March 21 public seminar from the nonprofit, The Divorce Center. The seminar runs 7-8:30 at Wellesley Community Center, 219 Washington St.

Some alternatives that avoid cost and stress in the divorce process are collaborative law, mediation, arbitration. The panelists will explain the differences and how essential information, especially financial, is obtained.

Points to be discussed include:
• Discovery basics
• FInancial disclosure
• Business evaluation
• Mediation and Arbitration
• Collaborative divorce
