Third-Most Expensive Mass. Zip Code Is In Wellesley, Study Says

WELLESLEY, MA – The third-most expensive zip code in Massachusetts is in Wellesley, according to real estate website PropertyShark.com.

Wellesley Hills (02481) was ranked No. 3 by the site, behind 02199 and 02108. The list was based off of median sale price – Wellesley Hills' was $1,268,750 last year, the site reported.

A second Wellesley zip code, 02482, also cracked the top 10 with a median sale price of $1,027,500.
