‘TV Diner’ SUV Spotted Outside of Café Mangal

This afternoon, Wellesley Patch caught Billy Costa’s SUV parked in front of in downtown Wellesley.

Billy Costa hosts “TV Diner” on NECN. The show highlights the culinary scene throughout the Boston area and in New England at large.

Didn’t seem like much was happening at the restaurant, and Costa already touched on Café Mangal back in 2007. So what was his van doing outside the restaurant?
