Pinnacle Residential Properties Pinnacle Residential Properties is pleased to announce that Vincent Spoto has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of one of the Better Business Bureau's largest chapters; it encompasses Eastern Massachusetts, all of Maine, Vermont and Rhode Island. Mr. Spoto has been on the Board for the past seven years. He is co-founder and co-owner of Pinnacle, a full service residential real estate company headquartered in Wellesley.
