Waterstone at Wellesley Opens Sales Office, Apartment Schemes Now Viewable

Up the road from , the seemingly mammoth-sized senior-living development being built in the lower falls section of town, there now is a sales office where interested parties can view floor plans, architectural drawings, pricing options, color schemes and materials and a model kitchen.

The sales office – located at 40 Washington St. – will be open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and there will be a marketing director on hand to answer questions, according to a press release today.

The 138-apartment luxury senior living community at 27 Washington St. is scheduled to open next spring.
