Waterstone at Wellesley Opens Tomorrow

, the massive senior-living complex which has taken over the Lower Falls area, will welcome its first residents tomorrow.

Construction on the 207,742-square-foot complex at 27 Washington St., the old Grossman’s site, began last summer. Waterstone has 134 apartments, swimming pool, fitness center and several other amenities.

Rent ranges from $5,500 to $8,000 per month.
