
Wellesley's 10-year-old Little League All Stars defeated Westwood 11-4 Sunday night at Morrison Field in Westwood.
Both Westwood and Wellesley start the league playoffs next week.
Wellesley lead 4-0 after the first inning thanks to RBIs by Calvin Isley and William Horblit, before the Westwood bats woke up in the fourth.

Trailing 6-0, Westwood scored four runs, capped off by pitcher Keith Paik's RBI single to pull within 6-4.
Wellesley broke the game open in the fifth, batting through their line up to build an 11-4 lead.

"I liked the way the kids battled today. We gave the other team too many free outs, but they did a nice job," said Westwood coach Bob Reissfelder.
He joked afterward about his team's approach to the game.
"Its our trademark style, we like to let up a few and try to come back."
Despite the loss coach Reissfelder still seems to feel good going into the playoffs.
"They improved dramatically over the course of the season," he said.
