Wellesley Among 100 'Best Suburbs in America'

Wellesley is one of the 100 best suburbs in America.

At least that’s according to Niche, which recently released its “Best Suburbs in America” survey.

Niche, which evaluates schools and neighborhoods, said it based its rankings on several factors, including livability, local schools, safety, jobs, community, and housing. Wellesley was ranked No. 64. Brookline came in No. 1 overall.

• Education: A+
• Community: A+
• Housing: B+
• Jobs: B
• Crime, safety: B+
• Health/fitness: A+
• Outdoor activities: A+
• Weather: B-
