Wellesley Police Hold Moment of Silence For Dallas Shooting Victims
The department honored the five killed and seven wounded in Dallas Thursday night with a 1 p.m. observance.

Wellesley, MA – As the nation reels from the tragic shootings in Dallas Thursday night, law enforcement agencies across the country are taking a moment Friday to honor the victims.

The Wellesley Police Department held its own moment of silence at 1 p.m. as it stood united with the Dallas Police Department.

Snipers killed five Dallas law enforcement officers and wounded seven others during a rally protesting the killing of two black men by police earlier this week. As of Friday morning, multiple suspects were in custody.
