Wellesley Police Want Your Drugs

The department is holding a medication take back day this weekend.

WELLESLEY, MA – National Take Back Day is coming up this month, and Wellesley's Finest will host its own take back for residents to dispose of unwanted medication. The fair will be held Saturday, April 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What medications will police accept? Any unused, unwanted or expired prescription meds and needles. Needles must be brought in sealed containers such as a detergent bottle or coffee can.

The Wellesley Health Department will offer free blood pressure checks as well. Stop by the Wellesley Police Department, 485 Washington Street, to participate.
