Wellesley Real Estate Report: 11 Houses Under Agreement, 102 On the Market

In the two week period since 11/16/15 - 11/30/1516th, seven single family homes came on the market and eleven went under agreement. There are now a total of 102 homes remaining for sale (last year at this time there were just 79). Our supply should continue to shrink as some unsold homes are taken off the market until after the new year.
