Wellesley Real Estate Report: 5 Houses Under Agreement, 85 On the Market

In the period since 2/22/16 - 2/29/16, seven single family homes came on the market and five went under agreement. Two of these were listed by Pinnacle and both had multiple offers. It should be a good year for sellers and with interest rates so low, it should also be a good year for buyers -- if there is sufficient supply in the lower price ranges. There are now a total of 85 homes remaining for sale, and half are priced over $2M.
