Wellesley Real Estate Report: 7 Houses Under Agreement, 83 On the Market

In the two weeks since our last report, thirteen single family homes came on the market and seven went under agreement. There are now a total of 83 homes remaining for sale. The icy chill as well as school vacation week slow the market down but it’s just temporary.
