In the period since 9/21/15 - 9/28/15, nine single family homes were added to the market and seven sold, with most of the activity taking place between $1M-$1.5M. There are now twenty available homes priced below $1M – that’s a fairly substantial supply for Wellesley (just 18 months ago, there were only 3). There are now a total of 103 homes remaining for sale.
