In the period since 11/09/15 - 11/16/15, eleven single family homes came on the market and eight went under agreement - all in the mid-price ranges. Pinnacle did have multiple offers on several of these properties, so buyers were quite active under $2M. There are now a total of 115 homes remaining for sale.
