The town is looking for someone to develop the Tailby and Railroad train station parking lots.

From the Town of Wellesley:
The Board of Selectmen have released a request for proposals (RFP) to invite proposals from qualified developers to enter into one or more long-term leases to develop the Tailby (103 Linden St.) and Railroad (7 Grove St.) train station parking lots for parking and affordable and market rate housing that will be owned and operated by the selected developer(s). The RFP is due June 1, 2018 at noon. A site visit for this RFP will be held on April 9, 2018 at 10 am. The site visit will begin at the entrance to the Railroad Commuter Parking Lot. The Board of Selectmen looks forward to reviewing creative and transformative ideas for these two town-owned parcels. The RFP can be accessed on the Town's bids page.
