Wellesley Traffic: Overnight Water Leak Repairs On Washington St.
Work starts at 6 p.m. and should be done by midnight.
WELLESLEY, MA — Drivers beware, traffic on a section of Washington Street (Route 16) from the Hunnewell Farm to the Natick town line will be restricted to one lane beginning at 6 PM tonight, October 23.
The Water & Sewer Division is repairing a leak in the area. Water service to the area has been temporarily shut off.
Drivers should expect delays throughout the evening. The Wellesley Police Department will have officers on-site to direct traffic.

The work is expected to be completed by 12 Midnight so water service can be restored and both lanes of the roadway reopened.
