Wellesley Traffic Stop Ends In Warrant Arrest
The warrant was issued by Natick District Court for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
WELLESLEY, MA — A traffic stop in Wellesley on Saturday ended in a warrant arrest. An officer watching traffic on Saturday afternoon stopped a car for an expired inspection sticker.
When the officer stopped the driver, he ran his license and registration. The search showed an active straight warrant issued by Natick District Court for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. The man was arrested and taken to the station.
He was released on $150 bail.
