• Route 28 reopens after overnight gas main work in West Yarmouth (capecodtimes.com) — Route 28 in West Yarmouth reopened at 7 a.m. Friday after overnight gas main work closed a one-mile stretch near Standish Way. National Grid said crews installed the new main without interrupting customer service, then handed the roadway back to the town’s contractor for restoration and paving.
