13 Westborough Dancers Perform in 'Nutcracker'

The Boston Dance Company will perform in 'The Nutcracker' at Worcester State University on Friday.

Thirteen Westborough dancers will be featured in The Boston Dance Company performance of The Nutcracker ballet at the Sullivan Auditorium at Worcester State University on Friday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m.

This is the 19th season of Boston Dance Company’s annual production. The performance includes a growing Christmas tree, a sword-fight, snowing onstage and spectacular dancing. 

The cast includes approximately 20 professional dancers, 10 company apprentices and more than 50 local children. The Westborough dancers are Liela Ahmed, Johannah Bessell, Isabella Binici, Katie and Nikki Farmer, Kimberly Friedman, Anjali McNeil, Kristin Oswill, Emma and Kathryn Pelser, Emma Phelps, Shannon Rawson and Anne-Helaise Stricker-Krangrad.
