5 Westborough Gift Ideas

1. Mike Kelly has long been known to families in Westborough for his extraordinary library of Westborough photographs. You can browse and purchase photos from http://mikekelly.zenfolio.com/, which can also be accessed through mtkelly.com, westboroughboosters.com, westborohockey.com and westboroughcivicclub.com. For the past two years, Kelly donated 100 percent of the profits from his photos linked through the Westborough Booster site back to the club which then used the money to support athletics.

2. The store is open to the public by appointment. Anyone interested in shopping for school apparel can call 508-836-7720, ext. 5572, to set up a visit with Darrell Potosnak, a teacher in the school Business Department. Through Dec. 23, the store is running a promotion to benefit the Westborough Food Pantry. A donation of three canned goods will earn 10 percent off purchases. Customers donating six cans will get 20 percent off all purchases.

3. ProLogo Design, behind Robinson’s Music at 108 Milk St., offers screen print and embroidered apparel for Westborough teams and schools. Shoppers can stop by the store and browse the collection of jackets, t-shirts, sweatshirts and more. In addition, owner Frank Jones (who is also the graphic designer responsible fro the Westborough mascot on the gym floor) said that he stocks a country music themed line of t-shirts that are sold online and in music stores and boutiques nationwide. 4. The Westborough Fine Arts Education Association (WFAEA) Seat of Recognition program sells brass plates that are installed on seats in the Westborough High School auditorium as a living tribute to anyone on your holiday list. The cost is $35 per plate. Money raised benefits the WFAEA scholarship, clinician programs and more. Visit the website to learn more.
