Adult Reading Program Offers Stay-at-Home Travel
The Westborough Public Library presents its first adult summer reading program, "Novel Destinations."

The library summer reading program, long considered an event for children, is now available for adults. begins ts first adult summer reading program, Novel Destinations, on Wednesday, June 22.
According to a press release from the , “Through the library, patrons can travel anywhere this summer. Watch a foreign film, read an international mystery, relax with music from around the world, learn travel tips or listen to audio books that take you away!”
The program is open to adults ages 18 and over. Registration begins on June 22 by going to the library website and following the link to Adult Summer Reading program.

As an incentive, the program is offering a weekly prize and grand prize based on the amount of time spent reading or listening to books each week. For every six hours logged, an entry will be made for the grad prize drawing. Participants can also get grand prize entries for writing reviews.

Novel Destinations is sponsored by the Westborough Public Library, the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. The Friends of the Westborough Public Library are also supporting the summer reading programs.
