WESTBOROUGH, MA — A Central Massachusetts emo-punk band with Berklee College of Music ties is headed to two Warped Tour festivals this summer.
Good Sleepy will perform Saturday at Warped Tour in Long Beach, CA, on a lineup that includes Hoobastank, Bowling for Soup, 3OH!3, All Time Low, Jimmy Eat World and Phantom Planet. The band will also play Warped Tour Montreal on Saturday, Aug. 22.
The band includes Seth Girard of Westborough on guitar and vocals, Jack Wensky of Shrewsbury on drums, Ryan Duggan of Shrewsbury on bass, Thomas Sullivan of Northborough on vocals and Charlie Burket of Rochester, Minnesota, on guitar. Wensky graduated from Berklee in 2025, Sullivan is a rising senior at Berklee and Burket graduated from Berklee in 2024.
Good Sleepy formed in Central Massachusetts while most of the members were in high school, according to Berklee publicist Tori Donahue.
The festival performances are part of the Berklee Popular Music Institute, a yearlong Berklee College of Music program that sends student and Berklee-affiliated acts to major music festivals. Berklee said BPMI artists are performing at 11 festivals across the U.S., Canada and Europe this spring and summer.
The BPMI Live course runs across three semesters, according to Berklee. Students select artists in the fall, work on artist development, marketing, budgets, merchandise, sponsorships and festival planning in the spring, then rehearse with artists and travel to festivals in the summer and early fall to handle on-site promotion, production and tour management.
Good Sleepy is one of eight Berklee-affiliated acts selected for this year’s festival slate, according to the school.
