Westborough School Ranked Among Best Public High Schools In MA

WESTBOROUGH, MA — A Westborough school ranked among the state's top 25 high schools, according to a new analysis.

Westborough High School was ranked No. 11 in the state in Niche's 2027 Best Schools and Districts in America rankings released Monday. The online school platform analyzed 93,000 public schools, 30,000 private schools and 11,000 school districts nationwide.

Westborough High School, located at 90 W. Main St., offers a broad curriculum, including Advanced Placement courses, senior English seminars, and independent study opportunities.

Outside the classroom, students can participate in Center Stage, the school's theater group, which stages a fall play, spring musical and one-act festival each academic year.

For Massachusetts, the best public high school was the Massachusetts Academy of Math and Science in Worcester. You can find the complete list of schools here.

How Niche Ranks Schools

Niche combines federal and state data, school statistics and more than 3 million reviews from students, parents and teachers to evaluate schools beyond test scores.
