4:20 p.m.: General services, Connector Road. Franklin Safo-Agyare, 24, Epworth St., Worcester, was arrested and charged with commercial sex acts, human trafficking. Johnny A. Lugo 43, Institute Road, Worcester, was arrested on a straight warrant docket

5:26 p.m.: Erratic operator, Turnpike Road

6:37 p.m.: Larceny investigated, Turnpike Road
