6:01 p.m.: Damien R. Hughes, 23, Nash Street, Westborough, was arrested and charged on a default warrant

9:31 p.m.: Burglary, Grindstone Court

9:51 p.m.: Disturbance, Mayberry Drive

8:37 a.m.: Suspicious activity, Phillips Street

10:05 a.m.: Missing person reported, Mayberry Drive

2:22 p.m.: Car accident with injuries, Turnpike Road and Otis Street
