The Westborough Community Chorus will present its annual spring concert, “Icons &amp; Legends,” on Saturday, May 2 at 7:00 PM and Sunday, May 3 at 2:00 PM at Gibbons Middle School in Westborough. This family-friendly performance celebrates decades of popular music, featuring hits from iconic artists like Frank Sinatra, Billy Joel, Dolly Parton, Lady Gaga, U2, and The Jackson 5. Under the direction of William Goliger, the chorus promises an engaging, sing-along experience for all ages, and will also showcase local student scholarship recipients performing prior to intermission. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors, students, and children, available online and at the door. Founded in 1971, the Westborough Community Chorus is a non-auditioned SATB group dedicated to bringing the community together through music while supporting local students with private lesson scholarships.

Section 1 is from the Northborough Line to Sassacus Drive with planned continuation to Smith Parkway. We will meet at the entrance to the Westborough MBTA station. Park along Smith Parkway (approx. 50 Smith Pkwy facing east). The MBTA lot has a parking fee. There are about 22 spaces along the street that are free outside the MBTA lot.&nbsp;Severe weather cancels.
The purpose of Friends of BWALT is to raise community awareness of and support for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of a shared-use accessible recreation and transportation path along portions of the historic Boston-Worcester Air Line Trolley (BWALT). Highlights: Works by iconic American composers including Leonard Bernstein, Aaron Copland, Arlo Guthrie, Carly Simon, Paul Simon, Philip Phillips – to name a few!Greater Milford Community Chorus is set to host a landmark musical event, "America 250: Songs Celebrating the American Spirit," to celebrate the upcoming semiquincentennial of the United States. The performance will feature a sweeping repertoire of American choral works, ranging from founding-era hymns to contemporary arrangements that reflect the diverse cultural fabric of the nation. 
The GMCC is 50-voice non-profit choral group based in Milford, Massachusetts, under the direction of Mark Schiappucci and is accompanied by the instrumental trio of Wayne Ward (piano), Robert Orr (bass), and Renato Malavasi (percussion). The program is approximately 90-minutes long, with a 20 minute intermission, and features approximately 20 songs, including solos performed by members, and pianist Wayne Ward.Tickets are available for $12 at the door, with free admission offered to children under 10, veterans, and active-duty military members.A Milford Community School Use Program, the Greater Milford Community Chorus is sponsored in part by the Hopedale, Medway and Milford Cultural Councils.
