50 Smith Parkway facing east , meet at the entrance to the Westborough MBTA

Section 1 is from the Northborough Line to Sassacus Drive with planned continuation to Smith Parkway. We will meet at the entrance to the Westborough MBTA station. Park along Smith Parkway (approx. 50 Smith Pkwy facing east). The MBTA lot has a parking fee. There are about 22 spaces along the street that are free outside the MBTA lot.&nbsp;Severe weather cancels.
The purpose of Friends of BWALT is to raise community awareness of and support for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of a shared-use accessible recreation and transportation path along portions of the historic Boston-Worcester Air Line Trolley (BWALT). The Westborough Community Chorus&nbsp;will present its annual spring concert, “Icons &amp; Legends,”&nbsp;on Saturday, May 2 at 7:00 PM and Sunday, May 3 at 2:00 PM at Gibbons Middle School in Westborough. This family-friendly performance celebrates decades of popular music, featuring hits from iconic artists like Frank Sinatra, Billy Joel, Dolly Parton, Lady Gaga, U2, and The Jackson 5. Under the direction of William Goliger, the chorus promises an engaging, sing-along experience for all ages, and will also showcase local student scholarship recipients performing prior to intermission. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors, students, and children, available online and at the door. Founded in 1971, the Westborough Community Chorus is a non-auditioned SATB group dedicated to bringing the community together through music while supporting local students with private lesson scholarships.
