Community Band Seeks Town Musicians

The Westborough Community Band is preparing for a new summer season. The band, directed by music teacher Matthew Lefebvre, is currently encouraging community musicians to join the ensemble.

The band is scheduled to perform at the July 4^th Block Party. There are also performances planned at the Bay State Common bandstand on July 17, 31 and Aug. 7. The shows are made possible by a grant from the Westborough Cultural Council.

Practices take place on Thursdays from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the high school band room.
