Data Shows Average Square Foot Price for Our Homes

How much is your Westborough home worth? A new report from Hallmark Sotheby’s International Realty in Hopkinton shows that the average home in Westborough is getting $183 per square foot.

The data is based on average home sale prices of single family homes sold between Jan. 1 and Oct. 1 of 2011.

Are we keeping up with the Joneses? Here is a look at average square foot prices from surrounding communities:

• $170 – Framingham
• $174 – Northborough
• $176 – Ashland
• $180 – Holliston
• $180 – Hopkinton
• $183 – Westborough
• $196 – Southborough
